1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the entity ("Company") operating the bdlj online casino and betting platform ("Platform" or "bdlj") and all its services.

By registering on, logging into, or using any service of the bdlj platform, you clearly indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• You are registering with your own information — registering on behalf of or using the details of another person is not allowed.
• You do not already have an active account on bdlj (each person may hold only one account).

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, update your profile promptly or contact the support team. Deliberately providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the bdlj support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds on bdlj through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods as deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, verification procedures or other reasons may occasionally cause delays.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and any bonus-related wagering requirements must be met (where applicable).

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Always verify the correct account number and details when making any financial transaction. bdlj is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact the support team immediately.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳10,000 reaches the maximum bonus cap — a ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a welcome bonus, you must complete a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Before using any bonus offer, read the specific terms and conditions for that bonus. bdlj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus without reason, particularly if evidence of bonus abuse or fraud by a member is found. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

4.4 VIP Program

Regularly active members can enjoy cashback and special benefits through bdlj's five-tier VIP program. The tiers are:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

By playing regularly and staying active on the platform, you can gradually advance to higher tiers.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the bdlj platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure that every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in any way.

5.3 Technical Issues

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bdlj's Rights

bdlj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, bonus-related winnings may be cancelled if active bonuses or wagering requirements have not been completed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdlj platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, and other elements — is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any bdlj content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdlj strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, the Company will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

12 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between bdlj and the member and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.

bdlj's failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
